What everyone asks
Do my participants pay inside the app?
No. You get paid the way you always do, by Zelle or through your store. Mis Sorteos reads the payment alert and keeps track of the tickets.
What does Mis Sorteos see in my Google Drive?
Only the sheets Mis Sorteos Sheets creates for you. It can't see or open any other file in your Drive, and you can disconnect it at any time.
What does the app see in my Gmail?
Only the payment alerts your filter forwards to your private Mis Sorteos address. We never access your inbox.
Are payments approved automatically?
Never. Each payment is a proposal: you review it and approve it.
How do I know the draw is fair?
The winner comes from data locked in before the draw plus a public source of randomness. Anyone can repeat the calculation.
How much does it cost?
Free during the beta.
Is it legal to run raffles?
As the organizer, you're responsible for following your state's rules.
How do I delete my account?
From the app, or by emailing hola@missorteos.com.
